We Have a New Name — But the Mission Stays the Same
You may know us as F Fentanyl, and now you’ll also see us as No More Dead Homies, or simply No More.
This new name reflects the heart of our work: preventing overdose, saving lives, supporting recovery, and making sure no more families, friends, or communities have to lose someone they love to fentanyl or substance use.
Whether you call us F Fentanyl or No More Dead Homies, we are still the same organization, with the same mission: to lessen the risk of substance use through harm reduction and provide recovery support to individuals who ask for assistance.

No More Dead Homies (F Fentanyl Inc)
In response to the devastating impact of fentanyl and other substances on the Miami community, Thomas Guerra founded the organization F Fentanyl aka No More Dead Homies in 2023. The message is clear: we must take action to fight against the dangers of fentanyl and other harmful substances.

We’re excited to announce our 2026 Overdose Prevention Training Series, hosted at Miami-Dade Public Libraries throughout the year.
These free, community-based trainings are open to all community members ages 13 and up and focus on:
Recognizing the signs of an overdose
How to respond and save a life
Naloxone (Narcan) education and distribution

Learn how to recognize an overdose, respond quickly, administer naloxone, and understand current overdose risks.
Recovery Ally Training
Build the knowledge and skills needed to support people in recovery, reduce stigma, and create recovery-friendly communities.
Narcan Distribution
Free naloxone is provided to individuals, families, organizations, and community partners to help prevent fatal overdoses.
Recovery Support Linkage
We connect individuals seeking recovery with treatment, peer support, recovery meetings, and other community-based resources.
Family Support Linkage
Families are connected with education, support groups, counseling resources, and guidance for supporting a loved one.
Street Outreach
Our team provides overdose prevention education, naloxone, safety supplies, and resource connections directly within the community.
